Educational Qualification-
Clerk- Candidates must have passed School Final/ Madhyamik or its equivalent or Old H.S. in lieu of School Final/ Madhyamik or its equivalent.
Group D Staff- Candidates must have passed Class VIII from any School recognize or affiliated by Board/ Council or equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 40 years as on 01-January-2016. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per West Bengal Government rules.
Application Fee- Candidates can pay the application fee through Internet Banking or Debit card or Credit Card, instantly through online OR through printed Bank Challan with Cash at Allahabad Bank branch in West Bengal OR through Sahaj Tathya Mitra Kendra by cash instantly.

Rs. 70/- for reserved (SC/ST/ PH-VH/PH-HI/PH-OH) category candidates
Rs.140/- for General and OBC-A/ OBC-B category candidates
Group D Staff-
Rs. 60/- for reserved (SC/ST/ PH-VH/PH-HI/PH-OH) category candidates
Rs.120/- for General and OBC-A/ OBC-B category candidates
Selection process:
Clerk- Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Examination (MCQ Type), Academic qualification including professional qualifications, and Personality Test with typing and computer proficiency.
Group D Staff- Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Examination (MCQ Type) , and Personality Test.
