WBBPE Recruitment Notification For Appointment of Primary Teacher- West Bengal Board of Primary Education (WBBPE), invites online applications from TET qualified trained candidates including the appearing candidates for the session 2022-22 of West Bengal in D.El.Ed./ D.Ed. (Special Education)/ B.Ed. Training, for appointment of the posts of Assistant Teacher, in the government aided/ sponsored primary/ junior basic schools under the district primary school council/ primary school council. Candidates can apply for the post of primary school teacher of a particular council only against the post advertised.

Pay Scale: Candidates will be appointed in the scale of pay Rs. 28900/- plus DA as admissible, plus HRA and MA as admissible
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 40 years as on 01-January-2022. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per West Bengal government rules.
Qualification:
The candidate shall possess the minimum educational and training qualifications as prescribed by the National Council for Teacher Education prevailing as on the date of publication of recruitment notification.
And TET qualified candidates who are undergoing D.El.Ed./ D.Ed. (Special Education)/ B.Ed. Training
And who has qualified in D.El.Ed./ D.Ed. (Special Education) / B.Ed. Training Part-I examination will be given the opportunity to participate in the recruitment process to be initiated by the Board. AND
Passed the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), conducted by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education, in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
