Qualification: Candidates should have Passed General Nursing & Midwifery Certificate from Nursing Training School recognized by West Bengal Nursing Council & Indian Nursing Council, and having ability to read, write and speak in Bengali.
Candidates must be a permanent resident of West Bengal, and registered under West Bengal Nursing Council.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 35 years as on 01-January-2015. Relaxation in upper age limit as per government rules.
Pay Scale: Rs. 7100-37600/- (Pay Band- 3) plus Grade Pay Rs. 3600/- plus other allowances

SC/ ST category candidates of West Bengal, and PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
