Minimum Qualification Required:
Civil Engineer – The candidate must possess full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in respective discipline with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Electronics & Communication Engineer – The candidate must possess full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in respective discipline with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Electrical & Electronics Engineer/ Electronics & Instrumentation Engineer/ Electrical Engineer/ Mechanical Engineer – The candidate must possess full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in respective discipline with minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Deputy Manager (Human Resource) – Graduation from a recognized university. Possess MBA/ PGDM Degree in HR from a recognized university with 60% of marks. Candidates should have 10 Years of experience in Recruitment and Selection procedure, Record Maintenance and Documentation, Administrative Work, and Organizing and Conducting of meetings.
Upper Age Limit as on November 30, 2016: 27 years for Civil/ Electrical, 30 years for Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation, 32 years for Electrical & Electronics, 33 years for Mechanical Discipline; 40 years for Deputy Manager (Human Resource) Posts. However, relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category is applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale: Rs.16400-40500/- (IDA)
Mode of Selection: The candidate will be selected based on the Written Test, Group Discussion, and Interview.

WAPCOS Limited invites applications form eligible candidates for recruitment of Engineer Trainee – Civil/ Electrical Posts on regular basis. Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Test, Group Discussion, followed by Interview. The selected candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond to successfully complete the prescribed training period and thereafter serve the organization for minimum period of four years.

Educational Eligibility: The candidates interested to join as Engineer Trainee must possess must have completed full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology with not less than 65% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate taking average of all the semesters/years, irrespective of the weight-age given to any particular semester/year by the Institute/ University.
