Milkfed Recruitment 2017- Punjab State Cooperative Milk Producers’ Federation (Milkfed), invited applications from eligible candidates for appointment of Trainees in its various Milk Unions/ Milkfed Units across the State of Punjab.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of objective type written test of 100 marks and Academic Performance. Minimum qualifying marks in the written test will be 60% for General category candidates and 55% Marks in case of reserved categories candidates. Candidate with higher qualification shall be placed higher in merit. The selected candidates may be posted in any Union/ Plant/ Unit/ Branch of the Milkfed in Punjab or outside Punjab.

Laboratory Assistant/ Laboratory Technician: 25 Vacancies
Junior Mechanic: 25 Vacancies (Electrical- 10, General- 10, Instrumentation- 05)

The selected candidates would work as Trainees for two years with fixed emoluments of Rs 16500/- per month (Rs 15000/- per month for Junior Mechanic). On completion of second year, selected appointees would have to undergo an evaluation and on the successful completion of evaluation, the appointees would be placed as Clerks-cum-Typists in the regular pay structure.
Qualification:
Clerk-cum-Typists: Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from any recognised University or Institute. Candidates should possess a Computer Information Technology Course certificate equivalent to ‘O’ level certificate of DOEACC.
Laboratory Assistant/ Laboratory Technician: Candidates must possess B.Sc. with Chemistry, and have certificate course in Information Technology equivalent to ‘O’ level certificate of DOEACC.
Junior Mechanic: Candidate must possess ITI Certificate in Electrician Trade./ ITI Certificate in Fitter/ Welder/ Mechanist Trade /ITI Certificate in Instrumentation Trade.
Qualification of Punjabi up to Matriculation Standard from a recognized Institution/Board is essential for all the posts.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 45 years as on 30.09.2017. There is no relaxation in prescribed age limit for any category of candidates.
