Pay Scale:
Welfare Officer: Rs. 9300-34800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- and other allowances as per norms
Personnel Officer: Rs. 15600-39100/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- and other allowances as per norms
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 40 years as on 01-January-2016. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as pet government rules.
Education Qualification:
Welfare Officer- Candidates must possess Degree in Social Science or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relation and Personal Management. OR Diploma in Social Science or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relation and Personal Management, and have two years experience of working in Labour welfare of any factory. Candidates should have knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari Script.
Personnel Officer- Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or equivalent qualification; and Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Industrial Relation & personal Management or Social Work or Master Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Personnel Management. Candidates should have minimum three years practical experience of working independently in the field of Labour and Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare in electricity board or electricity undertaking. Candidates possess Degree in Law from a recognised university will get preferred.

For General and OBC category candidates: Rs. 1000/-
For SC/ ST category candidates: Rs. 700/-
Welfare Officer Position
For General and OBC category candidates: Rs. 700/-
For SC/ ST category candidates: Rs. 500/-
Physically handicapped candidates are exempted from paying the fee.
Candidates are suggested to pay the fee in form of Bank Challan Form, Payable at State Bank of India Branches or may also pay by using ATM cum Debit Card/ Credit Card/ SBI Net banking.
