UPPSC Recruitment Advertisement No. 04/2016-2017: Uttar Pradesh Public Services Commission (UPPSC) invites Online Applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of various positions.
Veterinary Medical Officer: 125 Vacancies
Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. &A.H.) from a recognised University; or a Degree recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto or other recognised Veterinary qualification as defined in clause (C) of Section 2 of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (Act no.- 52 of 1984). Candidates must be duly registered with the Uttar Pradesh Veterinary Council

Last Date for receipt of print out of Online application form: within 21 days from the last date of submitting the applications (21-February-2017)
Age Limit As on 01-July-2016:
Minimum 21 years and Maximum 40 years for Veterinary Medical Officer, Research Officer (Engineering), Deputy Director, Assistant Coach, Sports Officer Posts.
Minimum 21 years and Maximum 45 years for Deputy Director (Printing) Posts
However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
Application Fee:
For Unreserved and Other Backward Class candidates: Exam fee of Rs.80/- + On-line Processing fee of Rs.25/-
For SC and ST category candidates: Exam fee of Rs.40/- + On-line Processing fee of Rs.25/-
For Handicapped candidates: Only On-line Processing fee of Rs.25/-
The fee can be deposited through the system generated e-Challan/ or through i-Collect at any branch of State Bank of India or Punjab National Bank and thereafter need to uploaded to the Online Application System for complete submission of application.
How to Apply: Apply Online Application The interested candidates can apply only through ONLINE mode of application as available through the website of UPPSC at UPPSC.up.nic.in
Applicants are further suggested to send the print out of Online application form along with photocopies of their all academic/ required documents; through registered/ Speed Post or Personally in the office of the Commission within 21 days from the last date of submitting the applications. Candidates are advised to download address slip from Commission’s website and to paste it on the envelope containing documents.
