Candidates must possess Bachelor Degree in Library Science/ Library and Information Science from a recognised University/ Institution.
Pay scale: Rs. 9000-28300/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 4400/- plus allowances as per University rules
Ag Limit As on 01-January-2016: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 40 years for unreserved candidates, 43 years for OBC-A and OBC-B candidates, 45 years for SC, ST and Physically Disabled candidates.
Fees: Rs. 80/-
OBC(A), OBC(B), and persons with disability candidates are suggested to pay the fees in form of Indian Postal Order (IPO) payable at Kolkata or through Bank Demand Draft in favour of University of Calcutta, payable at Kolkata.
