The Urban Development and Housing Department, Government of Bihar, intend to set up City Level Technical Cell across Towns/ Cities in Bihar to support the ULBs and to manage the projects proposed under Housing For All (Urban) in Bihar. The Urban Development & Housing Department, Government of Bihar, invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of various positions on contract basis.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for counselling. Selected candidates will get the remuneration of Rs. 35000/- per month in case of Graduate Candidates, and Rs. 45000/- in case of Post Graduate Candidates.

Qualification:
Urban Planner- Candidates must possess Graduate Degree in Urban Planning/ Regional Planning/ Geography/ Civil Engineering/ Architecture Engineering. Candidates should have three years experience in Urban Planning with experience of urban infrastructure projects/ affordable housing/ slum development projects.
Housing Finance and Policy Specialist- Candidates must possess Graduate Degree in finance/ Commerce/ Economics/ Management from recognized university. Candidates should have three years experience in housing finance or banking or housing policy.
Municipal/ Civil Engineer- Candidates must possess Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering. Candidates should have three years experience in procurement, design, and supervision of infrastructure works.
PPP Specialist- Candidates must possess Post Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering/ MBA from recognized university. Candidates should have three years experience in developing and managing projects on PPP mode.
MIS Specialist– Candidates must possess B.Tech. in Computer Science/ IT/ MCA. Candidates should have three years work experience.
Environmental Specialist– Candidates must possess Graduate Degree in Environmental Studies or Similar field. Candidates should have three years experience in assessing, monitoring, and mitigating environmental impacts of urban infrastructure investments.
Note: Candidates should have Fluency in local language. Candidates having Post Graduate qualification will get preferred.
