The applicants should be aged in between 20-35 years in order to be eligible for consideration.
Recruitment for Clerical Cadre:

And they should possess minimum standard of Graduation Degree with knowledge of Computer Operation in order to be eligible to apply. As the recruitment will be done on a state level, the candidates are expected to be fluent with the native language of the state for applying to these job positions.
