Tripura Public Service Commission invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Senior Scientific Officer (Group-A Gazetted), Linguistic Officer (Non-Ministerial), and Supervisor (Technical) positions.

- Linguistic Officer (Non-Ministerial), Group-B Gazetted under the Directorate of Kokborok & other Minority Language of the Department of School Education, Government of Tripura: 01 Post
- Supervisor (Technical), Group-C (Non Gazetted, Non Ministerial) in Tripura Police Communication under Home Department, Government of Tripura: 04 Posts
Age Limit:
- Senior Scientific Officer, Linguistic Officer (Non-Ministerial): Maximum 40 years as on 30-April-2015
- Supervisor (Technical): Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01-January-2015
Educational Qualification Criteria:
- Senior Scientific Officer (Group-A Gazetted): Candidates must have passed M.Sc. with 50% in Forensic Science (with Chemistry as one of the subjects) or in Chemistry/ Bio-chemistry from a recognized University. Candidates should have three years experience in research, training and analytical work in the relevant field.
- Linguistic Officer (Non-Ministerial), Group-B: Candidates must have passed Bachelor Degree of any recognized University. Candidates should have three years experience of field works among the tribal communities of Tripura. Knowledge of reading, speaking and literary works in any Tribal Languages of Tripura is essential.
- Supervisor (Technical): Candidates must have passed B.Sc. or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ B.Sc. (Hons) examination in Physics. Candidates having experience in Wireless/ Radio Communication will get preferred.
Pay Scale:
- Senior Scientific Officer: Rs.13, 575-37,000/-, PB-4 with Grade Pay of Rs.3, 700/-
- Linguistic Officer (Non-Ministerial): Rs. 9,570-30,000/-, PB-3 with Grade Pay of Rs.3,100/-
- Supervisor (Technical): Rs. 5,310-24,000/-, PB-2 with Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/-
Availability of Application Form:
- Candidates may get the application form from all Branches/ Extension counters of Tripura Gramin Bank in the State of Tripura; on deposit of the Recruitment Fee through the Special Deposit Slip to the Account No. 14711 in favour of the Secretary, T.P.S.C. in the same Branch/ Extension counter as a single window system.
- Candidates can also download the application form from the Website www.tpsc.gov.in; and in that case, the Recruitment Fee is to be paid to the Account No.31176521319 of the State Bank of India (core banking branches) in favour of the Secretary, Tripura Public Service Commission. The Bank deposit Receipt is to be affixed with the filled up application form in the specified Box on the 2nd page of the form.

- Group-A Posts: General Candidates: Rs.200/-; ST/SC/ BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates: Rs. 150/-
- Group-B Posts: General Candidates: Rs.150/-; ST/SC/BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates: Rs. 100/-
- Group-C Posts: General Candidates: Rs.100/-; ST/SC/ BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates: Rs.50/-
Selection Process: Selection process will be based on Screening Test/ Personality Test.
How to Apply:
Eligible candidates may submit duly completed application form along with 2 copies of recent stamp size photographs affixed on the Application and Admit Card along with the copies of self attested certificates, self addressed envelope bearing postage stamp of Rs. 5/-, to the Reception Counter of the TPSC Secretariat.
Applicants are suggested to obtain the acknowledgement including Receipt Number from reception counter of the Commission.
Candidates may also send the duly completed application form, along with 2 copies of recent stamp size photographs affixed on the Application and Admit Card along with the copies of self attested certificates, self addressed envelope bearing postage stamp of Rs. 5/-, a self-addressed Post-card indicating the Advertisement No. and name of the post applied for; to the TPSC Secretariat, Tripura Public Service Commission.
