Pay Scale:
Selected candidates will be eligible to get the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800/- + Grade Pay of Rs. 4800/-
Age Limit:
Minimum 20 years and Maximum 28 years as on 01-July-2015. Candidates should have been born on or after 01-July-1987 and on or before 01-July-1995
Relaxation in age limit will be applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification As on 08-February-2015:
Candidates should possess a degree from any University or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
Candidates should have studied Tamil as a subject in Xth/ XIIth/ Degree levels. Failing this, candidates will have to pass the Tamil-Part II Test conducted by Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission within two years of joining the service.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination, Certificate Verification, Physical Measurement Test, Endurance Test and Physical Efficiency Tests, followed by Viva-Voce.
Examination Fee:
Applicants may pay the examination fee in online and offline mode. In online mode applicants are suggested to pay the examination fee through On-line Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card facility. In offline mode applicants are suggested to pay the examination fee through Indian Bank/ Post Office.
