SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs, BCMs and DWs of all Castes- Minimum 18 years and No Maximum Age Limit
For all other category candidates- Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years
Education Qualification: Candidates must possess second class degree in Mathematics with Statistics as an ancillary subject; or second class degree in Statistics with Mathematics as an ancillary subject. Candidates having experience in collection and compilation of statistics for minimum period of three years, would get preferred.
Knowledge of Tamil: Candidates should possess knowledge of Tamil.
Examination Fee: Examination Fee Rs.100/- + Application Fee Rs. 50/-
Candidates have to register their basic particulars through One-Time Registration which is mandatory on payment of Rs.50/- towards registration fee. The registration shall be valid for a period of five years from the date of one-time registration.
Candidates who have already registered in the one time registration system and paid the registration fee of Rs.50/- and received the registration ID need not pay the application fee. It is enough to pay the Examination Fee of Rs.100/- alone.
Note: One time registration is only to avail exemption for application fee for a period of five years from the date of registration. Concession in examination fee applicable as per rules.
