Management Trainee (R&D, and QC)- 12 vacancies in the scale of pay Rs.12600-270-15300/-
Management Trainee (Plantation)- 04 vacancies in the scale of pay Rs.12600-270-15300/-
Candidates selected for the post of Management Trainee, will be on training for a period of two years with an stipend of Rs. 18000/- during first year, and Rs. 20250/- during second year. Candidates will get the regular scale of pay after completion of two years training.
Manager (Finishing House)- 01 vacancy in the scale of pay Rs.28000-800-36000/-
Senior Manager (IT)- 01 vacancy in the scale of pay Rs.30500-1000-40500/-

For Management Trainee Position- Maximum 25 years for general turn/ BC, 27 year for MBC/ DNC, 30 years for SC/ SCA category candidates.
For Manager Position- Minimum 37 years

Qualification:
For Management Trainee (R&D, and QC) Position- Candidates must possess three years full time First Class B.Sc. Degree, and two years full time First Class M.Sc. (Chemistry).
For Management Trainee (Plantation) Position- Candidates must possess full time First Class four years B.Sc. (Agriculture / Forestry / Horticulture); or First Class full time M.Sc. (Botany).
For Manager Position- Candidates must possess full time B.E./ B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/ Pulp & Paper Technology; or Arts / Science Degree with First Class full time PG Diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology. Candidates should have minimum 17 years of post qualification experience.
For Senior Manager Position- Candidates must possess first class full time B.E./ B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ MCA/ M.Sc (IT). Candidates should have minimum 19 years of overall experience.
