Qualification:
Deputy Manager (HR)/ Assistant Manager (HR)/ Officer (HR): Candidates must have completed full time Arts/ Science/ Engineering Degree, and full time M.A. (Social Work) with specialization in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare/ HRM; or full time MBA with specialization in HR. Candidates should have fluency in spoken and written Tamil.
Candidates should have 12 years post qualification experience in case applying for Deputy Manager post, 07 years post qualification experience in case applying for Assistant Manager post, and 05 years post qualification experience in case applying for Officer Posts, as on 01-May-2015.
Medical Officer (Assistant Manager Grade/ Officer Grade): Candidates must have Degree in M.B.B.S.
Candidates should have 07 years experience after registration as Medical Graduate in case applying for Assistant Manager Grade Post, and 05 years experience after registration as Medical Graduate in case applying for Officer Grade Posts, as on 01-May-2015.
Upper Age Limit As on 01-May-2015:
Deputy Manager Grade Post- 34 years
Assistant Manager Grade Post- 29 years
Officer Grade Post- 30 years for General Turn/ BC candidates, 32 years for MBC/DNC candidates, and 35 years for SC/ ST candidates
