Tamil Nadu Newsprint & Paper Limited Recruitment 2014 For 39 Various Posts

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL) was established by the Government of Tami Nadu during early eighties to produce Newsprint and Printing & Writing Paper using bagasse, a sugarcane residue, as primary raw material. The Company commenced production in the year 1984 with a initial capacity of 90000 Tonnes per Annum (TPA). Over the years, the production capacity has been increased to 245000 TPA and the Company has emerged as the largest bagasse based Paper Mill in the world consuming about one million tonnes of bagasse every year. The Company completed a Mill Expansion Plan during December 2010 to increase the mill capacity to 400000 TPA.

With its present notification from the TNPL, it intends to recruit Executives for its Mills in Kagithapuram, Karur District and for its Multilayer Double Coated Board Plant to be established in Trichy District, Tamilnadu and for its Corporate Office at Chennai.

• AGM: Rs.35500 – Rs.47500 in IDA pattern with a minimum Monthly CTC of Rs.127500 per month as on 01-May-2014
• Senior Manager: Rs.30500 – Rs.40500 in IDA pattern with a minimum Monthly CTC of Rs.108000 per month as on 01-May-2014
• Manager: Rs.28000 – Rs.36000 in IDA pattern with a minimum Monthly CTC of Rs.99700 per month as on 01-May-2014
• Deputy Manager: Rs.23500 – Rs.29500 in IDA pattern with a minimum Monthly CTC of Rs.86900 per month as on 01-May-2014
• Assistant Manager: Rs.19500 – Rs.24500 in IDA pattern with a minimum Monthly CTC of Rs. 73200 per month as on 01-May-2014
• Officer: Rs.16000 – Rs.20000 in IDA pattern with a minimum Monthly CTC of Rs.61400 per month as on 01-May-2014

Educational Qualification & Experience:

(A). Paper Mill / De-Inking Plant:

1. For all Technical Posts Except for HR and Purchase/Stores: First Class full time B.E./ B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/ Pulp & Paper Technology OR, Full time Arts / Science Degree with First Class full-time PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology.
2. Manager (HR): Full time Arts / Science / Engineering Degree and First Class 2 years full time M.A. (Social Work) with specialization in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labor Welfare / HRM OR, Full time Arts / Science / Engineering Degree and First Class 2 years full time MBA with specialization in HR. Should have minimum 15 years of post qualification experience.
3. Officer (Purchase) / Officer (Stores): First Class full time Engineering Degree with First Class Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management/ First Class full time MBA/ First Class full time Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management/ First Class full time Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with MBA

Experience:

• Sr. Manager: Minimum 17 years of Post Qualification Experience.
• Manager: Minimum 15 years of Post Qualification Experience.
• Dy. Manager: Minimum 12 years of Post Qualification Experience.
• Asst. Manager: Minimum 07 years of Post Qualification Experience.
• Officer: Minimum 05 years of Post Qualification Experience.

(B). Unit-II (Multilayer Double Coated Board Plant):

1. Utilities Discipline: First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering. Must have BOE Certificate (with due endorsement of Director of Boilers, Tamilnadu for those obtained in other States)
2. Production Disciplines: First Class full time B.E./ B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/ Pulp & Paper Technology OR, Full time Arts / Science Degree with First Class full-time PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology.
3. Electrical Discipline: First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
4. Mechanical Disciplines: First Class full time B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
5. Security: Ex-servicemen with minimum qualification of Graduation in the rank of Junior Commissioned Officers, OR, Ex-servicemen with Matriculation who have put in not less than 15 years of military service and who are considered equal to Graduates for Group-C posts (Govt. of India)

Experience:

• AGM: Minimum 21 years of Post Qualification Experience
• Sr. Manager: Minimum 17 years of Post Qualification Experience.
• Manager: Minimum 15 years of Post Qualification Experience.
• Dy. Manager: Minimum 12 years of Post Qualification Experience.
