Educational Qualification:
- Mines Manager – Candidates must passed SSLC, and have 1st class manager certificate of competency issued by the board of mining examination.
- Assistant Manager (Mines) – Candidates must passed SSLC, and have 2nd class manager certificate of competency issued by the board of mining examination.
- Mines Surveyor – Diploma in Mining Enginnering, or Civil Engineering, and have competent survey certificate of competency issued by the board of mining examination.
- Blaster – Candidate must have blaster certificate of competency issued by the board of mining examination.
Pay Scale:
- Mines Manager – Rs. 15, 600 – 39, 100/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 6, 600/-
- Assistant Manager (Mines) – Rs. 9, 300 – 34, 800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4, 600/-
- Mines Surveyor – Rs. 15, 600 – 39, 100/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4, 500/-
- Blaster – Rs. 5, 200 – 20, 200/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 1, 800/-
