Department of Science & Technology, Survey of India invites application from eligible candidates for recruitment of Topo Trainees Type ‘A’ in Survey of India at the various GDC’s/ Directorate/ Offices all over India.
Selected candidates will be on training for a period of two years. During training candidates will be eligible to get the pay Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 1900/- with DA and other allowances as admissible.
On successful completion of training candidates will be fixed in the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs. 4, 200/- plus DA and other allowances as per government rules.

Age Limit:
Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years for unreserved candidates, 30 years for OBC category candidates, and 32 years for SC/ ST category candidates.
Educational Qualification:
Candidate should have passed B.Sc. with Mathematics from a recognized University. Candidates must have good stereoscopic vision.
Mode of Selection:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination in Mathematics, English, General Knowledge with Science. Only those candidates who qualify in written examination are allowed to appear in Stereoscopic Fusion Test and personal interview.
