Upper Age Limit: Candidates should not have exceeded 30 years of age as on 01-February-2015.
Educational Qualification:
- Management Trainee (Mining): BE/ B.TECH/ AMIE (Mining) or its equivalent qualification with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate.
- Management Trainee (E&M): BE/ B.TECH/ AMIE OR its equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical OR Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Regular) With a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate.
- Management Trainee (Civil): BE/ B.TECH/ AMIE or its equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate.
- Management Trainee (F&A) : Graduates with at least two years PG Degree/ P.G. Diploma/ PG Programme in Management with Specialization in HR/ Industrial Relations & Personnel Management or MHRD or MBA Specialisation with HR (Major) or Master of Social Work with Specialization in HR from recognised Indian University/ Institutes with minimum 60% marks.
- Management Trainee (Personnel) : CA/ ICWA
- Junior Mining Engineer Trainee: Diploma in Mining Engineering from any State Board of Technical Education.
- Assistant Foremen Trainee (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (D.M.E.) from any State Board of Technical Education approved by AICTE.
- Assistant Foremen Trainee (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (D.E.E).
Knowledge of Telugu is desirable.
