Qualification:
Assistant Librarian- Candidate must possess a post graduate degree in Library Science from a recognized University with five years’ experience in a reputed Library.
Technical Assistant- Candidate must possess graduation or equivalent degree with Diploma in Book Publishing. Candidate should have five years’ experience in a printing press or a publishing house or a Government undertaking concerned with book publishing.
Upper Age Limit: 50 years for Assistant Librarian; 30 years for Technical Assistant. However, relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category is applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale:
Assistant Librarian: PB – 3, Rs. 15600-39100/- plus grade pay of Rs. 5400/-
Technical Assistant: PB – 2, Rs.9300-34800/- plus grade pay of Rs. 4200/-

Eligibility Criteria:
Publication Assistant – The candidate must possess graduation or equivalent degree with Diploma in Printing; OR Five years experience in a printing press or a publishing house or a Government undertaking concerned with book publishing.
Assistant Editor – The candidate must hold a post graduation degree from a recognized University in a language/ literature. Candidate must have at least five years experience in editing literary and scholarly manuscripts and overseeing them through the various stages of production.

Pay Scale:
PB-2, Rs.9300-34800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- for Publication Assistant Post
