Northern Railway, Delhi, invited applications through proper channel from Serving Regular Railway Employees of NR including Rail Coach Factory Kapurthala, Modern Coach Factory Raibareilly and Diesel Component Workshop Patiala who are drawing regular Grade Pay not more than 2800/-(Excluding MACP); for filling up vacancies of Assistant Station Master, and Goods Guard Posts through General Departmental Competitive Examination (GDCE). RPF/ RPSF Staff are not eligible to apply.
Assistant Station Master- 168 vacancies
Goods Guard- 102 vacancies
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written exam, Psychological test, medical exam, and verification of documents. There shall be negative marking in written examinations and 1/3 of the alloted marks for each question shall be deducted for every wrong answer. Candidates should submit only one application for each category.

Qualification:
Assistant Station Master– Candidates must be Degree from recognized university or equivalent. Candidates having Diploma in Rail Transport and Management from the Institute of Rail Transport will get preferred.
Goods Guard– Candidates must be Degree from recognized university or equivalent.
Upper Age Limit: 42 years for general candidates, 45 years for OBC category candidates, 47 years for SC/ ST category candidates as on 01-January-2017. Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates will get the relaxation in upper age limit as per rules.
