Educational Qualification:
Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee): Candidates must have passed matriculation with 03 years full time Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline as Mechanical /Metallurgy/ Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Chemical/ Instrumentation/ Civil from government recognized institute.
Operator-cum-Technician (Boiler Operations): Candidates must have passed matriculation with 03 years full time Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Power Plant/ Production/ Instrumentation Engineering from government recognized institute. Candidate should also have Certificate of proficiency as a Boiler Operation Engineer.
Junior Manager Safety- Candidates must possess full time Degree in any branch of Engineering/ Technology from Government recognized institute and has minimum 2 years practical experience of working in a factory after acquiring Degree in Engineering qualification. Possess PG Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by State Government. Has adequate knowledge in Odia language.
Pay Scale:
Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee): Candidates selected for the post of Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee) will be required to undergo, on the job training, for a period of two years. During the training period, they will be paid consolidated pay of Rs.10700/- per month for the 1st year and Rs.12200/- per month for the 2nd year of training. On successful completion of training, they shall be considered for regular employment in S-3 grade in the Scale of Pay of Rs.16800-3%-24110/-
Operator-cum-Technician (Boiler Operations): Candidates selected for the post of Operator-cum-Technician (Boiler Operator) (S-3) shall be considered for regular employment in S-3 grade in the Scale of Pay of Rs.16800-3%-24110/-
Junior Manager Safety: Candidates selected for the post of Jr. Manager (Safety) shall be considered for regular employment in E-1 grade in the Scale of Pay of Rs. 20600-3%-46500/-. After completion of one year of service, they shall be considered in E-1 grade in the Scale of Pay of Rs. 24900-3%-50500/-
Mode of Selection: Candidates will be selected on basis of Written Test, skill test/ trade test, followed by Interview.
Written Test Centres: Rourkela, Sambalpur, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack
