RITES Ltd. Invited online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Engineers and Technical Assistants in Electrical disciplines for projects under Inspection Division, Southern Region, Chennai.
Nature of Job: Candidates will be selected on contract basis initially for a period of one year, extendable until completion of the assignment subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance.

Age Limit: Candidates should not have exceeded 30 years of age as on 01-June-2015. Relaxation in upper age limit for SC/ ST/ OBC/ Ex-Servicemen and physically handicapped persons will be applicable as per government rules.
Educational Qualification Criteria:
Engineer (Electrical): Candidates must have completed Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering from AICTE/ Government approved institutes with minimum one year experience in relevant field.
Technical Assistant (Electrical): Candidates must have completed Diploma in Electrical Engineering from AICTE/ Government approved institutes with minimum one year experience in relevant field.
Basic Pay:
Engineer (Electrical): Rs. 14940/- per month
Technical Assistant (Electrical): Rs.10300/- per month
In addition of basic pay, candidates will be eligible to get Allowances (65% in Non-metro cities, 70% in Metro Cites other than Mumbai/Bangalore & 75% for Mumbai/ Bangalore) + Medical & Accidental Insurance for self and Employer’s contribution towards PF @ 12%
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Test and Personal Interview held in RITES Inspection Office, Chennai.
