Rajya Sabha Secretariat, Parliament of India, invites applications form eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts of Secretariat Assistant, Parliamentary Interpreter, Translator, Stenographer, Assistant Legislative/ Committee/ Protocol/ Executive Officer, Security Assistant, and Proof Reader vacancies.
Parliamentary Interpreter: 02 Vacancies [English/ Hindi: 01 Post, Odia: 01 Post]
Assistant Legislative/ Committee/ Protocol/ Executive Officer: 20 Vacancies
Stenographer (English): 11 Vacancies
Security Assistant Grade II: 21 Vacancies
Secretariat Assistant(English): 30 Vacancies
Secretariat Assistant(Hindi): 07 Vacancies
Secretariat Assistant(Urdu): 02 Vacancies
Translator: 19 Vacancies
Proof Reader: 03 Vacancies
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Preliminary Examination, Written Examination, Skill Test and Interview. Examinations, Tests and Interviews will be held at Delhi. Selected candidates will be on probation for an initial period of two years.

Last Date for Submission of Online Application: 28-August-2017
Age Limit: Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 35 years for Parliamentary Interpreter (English/Hindi), Parliamentary Interpreter (Odia), Translator and Proof Reader Posts.
Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 30 years for all other Posts. The age of the candidate shall be reckoned as on the closing date of submission of the online application.
Application Fee: Rs. 300/- + Bank charges
Applicants are suggested to pay the application fee through online mode only i.e. Net Banking, Credit or Debit Card.
SC, ST, Person with Disability, Female and Ex-Serviceman candidate are exempted from payment of application fee.
