Junior Engineer (Electrical)- 16 vacancies
Note: From total 373 vacancies of Junior Engineers (Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical), recruitment of 102 vacancies is being done to fill Punjab quota posts in Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB). Junior engineers which will be posted in BBMB would not be posted in any others wing of Punjab Irrigation Department.

Qualification: Candidates must possess three years Diploma of Junior Engineer in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from a State Technical Education Board or from a recognized university or institution. Candidate should have passed Punjabi upto Matric or its equivalent level.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 37 years as on 01-January-2016. However, relaxation in upper age limit as per rules.

Rs. 400/- for Candidates belonging to SC/ST/Physically challenged categories
Rs. 800/- for All other category candidates
