Educational Qualification: Candidates must passed Middle Standard or its equivalent from a recognized school education Board.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years as on 01-Jan-2016. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
Pay Scale: Rs. 4900-10680/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.1650/-
Application Form Cost: Candidates can get the application form on payment of Rs. 200/- in cash for general category candidates, and Rs. 100/- in cash for reserved category candidates; within high court premises counters.
Candidates may also get the application form by sending a bank draft/ IPO of Rs. 250/- for general category candidates, and Rs. 150/- for reserved category candidates; drawn in favour of Registrar General, High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh. The envelope must be superscribed as “Request For Application Form- Peon, Chowkidar, Mali, Frash, Safai Sewak”
Note: The last date for dispatch application form is 22-October-2016. So, candidates are strongly suggested to get the application form anyhow by 22-October-2016; thereafter no application form will be issued.

Educational Qualification: The applicant should possess a degree of Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized university. He should have passed matriculation with Hindi as one of the subject and must have proficiency in operation of computers (word processing and spreadsheets).
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years as on 06-August-2015. Relaxation in upper age limit as per rules.
Pay Scale: Rs. 10300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs. 3200/-

Candidates belong to General Candidates will have to pay Rs.500/- and the candidates belongs to SC/ ST/ BC/ OBC/ ESM category of the State of Punjab, Haryana & UT Chandigarh will have to pay Rs. 300/-.
Candidates may get the application form from sale counters at Scooter/ Cycle Stand Building near Post Office in High Court Premises, on any working days from 15-July-2015 to 06-August-2015; by paying the prescribed application fee in cash.
Candidates may also obtain the application form by Post by sending the prescribed application fee (Rs. 550/- for general category candidates, and Rs. 300/- for the candidates belongs to SC/ ST/ BC/ OBC/ ESM category of the State of Punjab, Haryana & UT Chandigarh) in shape of Bank Draft drawn in favour of The Registrar General, Punjab and Haryana High Court payable Chandigarh.
To get the application form by post, candidates are suggested to send the requested bank draft in an envelope superscribed as “Request for Application Form for the Post of Clerk” latest by 25-July-2015.
