Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority is a government that was established on 1st July, 1995. This body is responsible for development and planning of urban as well as sub urban areas in entire state of Punjab.
PUDA has offered the posts of Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator, Senior Assistant (Accounts) and Draftsman for eligible candidates.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator should possess a bachelor degree from recognised university along with 120 hours of course in information technology or ‘O’ Level from DOEACC.
- Senior Assistant must possess bachelor degree in Commerce along with computer knowledge as mentioned above.
- Draftsman should have diploma in Civil engineering recognised by AICTE along with computer knowledge.
Besides that candidate must a resident of Punjab and should have required sports achievements as mentioned in advertisement.
Age Limit:
All applicants should be between the ages of 18 to 37 years as on 01-01-2013. Relaxation will be offered to reserved categories as per commission’s rules.
Pay Scale:
- Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator – Rs. 10300 – 34800 + GP Rs. 3200
- Senior Assistant – Rs. 10300 – 34800 + GP Rs. 4400
- Draftsman – Rs. 10300 – 34800 + GP Rs. 4200
Application Fee & How to:
General candidates should submit Rs. 1000 whereas other candidates should submit Rs. 500 as application fee. It should be in form of crossed Bank Draft/Pay Order/Banker Cheque in favour of Punjab Urban Planning & Development Authority, SAS Nagar (Mohali) payable at Chandigarh / SAS Nagar (Mohali).
Selection Process:
All candidates will be selected on the basis of qualifications and written examination. However written examination will comprise of different sections as per the job applied.

Candidates are suggested to make demand draft of prescribed Application Fee, before applying online, as the Bank Draft Number, Date and Bank Name details are required in the online form.
Interested candidates now must logon to www.puda.gov.inbefore the last date of application. They are required to fill online application according to guidelines given on website. After successful submission they must take two copies print of application form once the registration number is generated and send one copy of print with 2 self attested photograph along with required document copies as education qualification Matric on-wards (Must be self attested), and demand draft (The registration number generated online in the form should be written at the back of the Bank Draft along with the name of the candidate.) to below mentioned address;
