POWERGRID, the Central Transmission Utility of India and a Navratna company under the Ministry of Power, Government of India invites application from eligible Candidates for recruitment of Engineers for its various functions and for Power System Operation Corporation Ltd. (POSOCO).
Number of Vacancies: 35 Positions
Candidates must have passed M. Tech./ MS/ ME / M.Sc (Engineering)/ Integrated Dual Degree in Power System or equivalent. Earlier, Candidates should have minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA in B.Tech/ BE/ B.Sc. (Engineering)/ Integrated Dual Degree/ Associate Member of The Institution of Engineers.
Note: Final Year candidates who are completing their M.Tech/ Integrated Dual Degree in the academic year 2014-15 are also eligible to apply for the post.

Upper Age Limit as on 31-May-2015: 28 years. Relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable as per rules.
Pay Scale: Rs.24900-50500/- (IDA) in E2A Grade
Application Fee: Rs.460/- (Application fees of Rs. 400/- and bank charges of Rs. 60/-)
- Candidates can make the payment through deposit of SBI Challan at any branch of State Bank of India. Candidates can deposit the fees at any branch of State Bank of India after two bank working days of generation of challan.
- SC/ ST/PWD/ Ex-Serviceman are exempted from payment of application fee.
Mode of Selection: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview.
