Pay Scale: Pay Band-2, Rs.9, 300- 34,800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.4, 200/-
Qualification: Candidates must have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce or its equivalent from any recognised Board/ University.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 32 years as on January 01, 2016. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written exam (There shall be two papers of objective multiple choice type questions of 120 Marks each), and Computer Practical Test of 30 marks.
Examination Fee: Rs.100/-
SC, ST Category and Persons with Disabilities candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee. Applicants are suggested to pay the examination fee through online mode by logging into the OSSSC website or by the conventional mode of deposit in any Government Treasury under the Head of Account, “0051-P.S.C-104-UPSC/SSC-Examination Fee-0047-Fees Collected for Conducting Examination by OSSSC-02213”.
