Odisha Staff Selection Commission invites online applications for recruitment of 121 Posts of Inspector of Co-Operative Societies under Registrar Cooperative Societies, Odisha, Bhubaneswar; and 09 Posts of Inspector of Co-Operative Societies under Director of Fisheries, Odisha, Cuttack.
Candidates may apply online from 05-August-2015 to 04-September-2015.
Name of the Post: Inspector of Co-Operative Societies
Total Number of Posts: 130 Vacancies (Unreserved- 103 Posts, SEBC- 05 Posts, SC- 07 Posts, ST- 15 Posts; Out of which 42 Posts are reserved for women candidates)
Minimum Educational Qualification: The candidates must have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce or Law or equivalent qualification to such degree from a recognised university, and must have proficiency in computer operations as computer fundamentals, M.S (Windows), M.S. Office package, Internet, etc.
Mandatory: The candidate should have passed ME school examination in Odia language subjects or equivalent.
Age: The candidates must have complete 21 years of age but not reached 32 as on 01-January-2015. Age relaxations are according to the rules laid down by the state government. Proof of age is to be reckoned as in the matriculation certificate or school leaving certificate issued by the board.
Pay Scale: The candidates get selected for this post will receive a scale of pay Rs. 9300-34800/- (Pay Band- 2) + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-
Mode of Selection: The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of preliminary examination of 100 marks, main written examination of 200 marks, followed by Interview/ Viva-voice test of 25 marks.
Examination Fee: Candidates can make the payment of Rs. 100/- through Online/ Offline mode using the Treasury Portal/ by the conventional mode of deposit in the Treasury. SC/ ST/ PWD candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee.
Candidates can make the payment via E-Payment mode through the official portal www.odishatreasury.gov.in; OR by Online mode by using Net Banking or Debit Card. OR
Candidates can also be paid the fee pay through offline mode in form of Challan drawn under the Head of Account “0051-PSC-104-UPSC/SSC-Examination Fees-0047-Fees collected for conducting examinations-02041-Examination Fees” OR through the Conventional mode into the Treasury under the “Head of Account-0051-PSC-104-UPSC/SSC-Examination Fees-0047-Fees collected for conducting examinations-02041-Examination Fees”.

Candidates are suggested to take two printed copy of application form as OSSC copy and Applicants copy; for further references.
