A-2 Level:
a) Technical Assistant Gd.III (Chemistry) – 9 posts (SC-1, OBC-2, UR-6) – Must have passed Post Graduate Degree in Chemistry
b) Assistant Rigman (Drilling) – 17 posts (SC-2, OBC-2, UR-13) – Must have passed 3 years Diploma in Mechanical/ Petroleum Engineering. Must have Physical Standard as specified.
c) Assistant Grade-III (Transport) – 1 post (UR) – Must have passed 3 years Diploma in Auto / Mechanical Engineering / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management/ Administration OR Post Graduate. The candidate should posses a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License
d) Assistant Technician (Civil) – 5 posts (OBC-1, UR-4) – Must have passed 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering
e) Assistant Technician (Diesel) – 1 post (UR, Ex-SM) – Must have passed 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
f) Assistant Technician (Electrical) – 9 posts (SC-1, OBC-2, UR-5, UR-ExSM-1) – Must have passed 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering and should have Certificate of competency as Electrical Supervisor.
g) Assistant Technician (Electronics) – 2 posts (SC-1, UR-1) – Must have passed 3 years Diploma in Electronics/ Telecom / E&T Engineering OR, M.Sc in Physics with Electronics
h) Assistant Technician (Instrumentation) – 4 posts (OBC-1, UR-3) – Must have passed 3 years Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering
i) Assistant Technician (Production) – 10 posts (SC-1, OBC-2, UR-7) – Must have passed 3 years Diploma in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Petroleum Engineering
j) Security Supervisor – 3 posts (UR) – Must have passed Graduate with relevant experience in security. Physical Standard Test and Physical Fitness Test will be applicable for this post
A1 Level:
- Junior Assistant Rigman (Drilling) – 32 posts (SC-6, OBC-8, UR-18) – Must have passed High School or Class X equivalent Board Examinations with Science, and ITI Trade Certificate in relevant trades. Must have Physical Standard as specified.
- Junior Assistant Technician (Cementing)- 5 posts (OBC-2, UR-3) – Must have passed High School or Class X equivalent Board Examinations with Science, and ITI Trade Certificate in Auto/ Fitting/ Mechanic and other relevant trades. Must have a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License
- Junior Assistant Technician (Diesel)- 8 posts (SC-1, OBC-1, UR-6) – Must have passed High School or Class X equivalent Board Examinations with Science, and ITI Trade Certificate in Diesel Mechanic.
- Junior Assistant Technician (Electronics) – 5 posts (ST-1, OBC-1, UR-3) – Must have passed High School or Class X equivalent Board Examinations with Science, and ITI Trade Certificate in Electronics/ Radio Engineering.
- Junior Assistant Technician (Fitting)- 5 posts (ST-1, OBC-1, UR-3) – Must have passed High School or Class X equivalent Board Examinations with Science, and ITI Trade Certificate in Fitting.
- Junior Assistant Technician (Production)- 11 posts (SC-1, OBC-4, UR-6) – Must have passed High School or Class X equivalent Board Examinations with Science, and relevant ITI Trade Certificate.
- Junior Assistant Technician (Welding)- 3 posts (OBC-2, UR-1) – Must have passed High School or Class X equivalent Board Examinations with Science, and ITI Trade Certificate in Welding Trade.
- Junior Assistant (Accounts) – 1 post (PWD) – Must have passed B.Com. with Typing speed 30 wpm with Certificate/ Diploma of minimum duration of six months in Computer Applications in the office environment.
- Junior Assistant (Materials Management) – 1 post (PWD) – Must have passed B. Sc with Physics or Mathematics as one of the subjects with Typing speed 30 wpm with Certificate/ Diploma of minimum duration of six months in Computer Applications in the office environment.
- Junior Assistant (Steno English) – 1 posts (UR) – Must have passed Graduate with Typing speed 30 wpm and short hand at 80 wpm Certificate/ Diploma of minimum duration of six months in Computer Applications in the office environment.
W-1 Level:
a) Junior Fireman – 8 posts (SC-1, OBC-2, UR-5) – Must have passed High School or Class X equivalent Board Examinations with Fireman’s training of three months’ duration. Driving License for Heavy Vehicles essential.
b) Health Care Attendant Gd-I- 1 post (UR) – Must have passed High School or Class X equivalent Board Examinations with First Aid certificate from statutory body/ Institute like St. John’s Ambulance or Red Cross Society. Must have Six months experience as Technician in ECG/ CSSD/ Plaster/ Anaesthesia.
NOTE: For Gen and OBC candidates minimum pass percentage is 60% and for SC/ST it is at 50%. There will be no such criteria for Departmental candidates where a simple pass will be acceptable. For Fireman posts a pass certificate will be accepted.
Pay Scale:
- A-1 Level of Posts: Rs.11000 – Rs. 24000
- A-2 Level of Posts: Rs.12000 – Rs. 27000
- W-1 Level of Posts: Rs.10000 – Rs. 18000

Criteria with respect to Age:
- For A1 and A2 Positions: All candidates should be within a minimum age of 18 years and a maximum age of 30 years.
- For W1 level of Positions: All candidates should be within a minimum age of 18 years and a maximum age of 27 years.
- The reference age will be reckoned as on 20-April-2013.
- In case of Sc, ST, PWD, Ex-SM and Departmental candidates the age relaxation will be applicable as per company norms

Selection Methodology:
- The selection will be based on i) Written Test, ii) Physical Standard/ Fitness Tests (Where ever applicable) and iii) Personal Interview
- The candidates will have to qualify at each stage separately and in aggregate.
