Minimum Educational Qualification:
Staff Nurse– The candidates must have passed Intermediate (10+2) examination with science, and have completed GN.M. from a recognised government and INC approved institution.
Pharmacist– The candidates must have passed Intermediate (10+2) examination with science, and have completed Diploma in Pharmacy from AICTE approved institution.
ANM– The candidates must have passed matriculation, with two years of training in ANM from a government recognised institution.
X-Ray Technician– The candidates must have passed matriculation, and have completed Diploma in X-Ray Technician from a government recognised institution.
The candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce from a recognised university, and have a Degree or Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, OR Labour Welfare/ Labour Laws, OR MBA with specialisation in HRD, or Human Resource Management. Candidates must have passed ME standard in Odia language.
Age: The candidates must have complete 21 years of age but not reached 32 as on 01-January-2015 for Staff Nurse and Pharmacist positions. The candidates must have complete 18 years of age but not reached 32 as on 01-January-2015 for ANM, and X-Ray Technician positions. Age relaxations are according to the rules laid down by the state government. Proof of age is to be reckoned as in the matriculation certificate or school leaving certificate issued by the board.
Staff Nurse- Rs. 5200-20200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 2800/-
Pharmacist- Rs. 5200-20200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-
ANM- Rs. 5200-20200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 2000/-
X-Ray Technician- Rs. 5200-20200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-
Examination Fee: Candidates can make the payment of Rs. 100/- through Online/ Offline mode using the Treasury Portal/ by the conventional mode of deposit in the Treasury. SC/ ST/ PWD candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee.
Candidates can make the payment via E-Payment mode through the official portal www.odishatreasury.gov.in; OR by Online mode by using Net Banking or Debit Card. OR
Candidates can also be paid the fee pay through offline mode in form of Challan drawn under the Head of Account “0051-PSC-104-UPSC/SSC-Examination Fees-0047-Fees collected for conducting examinations-02041-Examination Fees” OR through the Conventional mode into the Treasury under the “Head of Account-0051-PSC-104-UPSC/SSC-Examination Fees-0047-Fees collected for conducting examinations-02041-Examination Fees”.
Mode of Examination: There will be one Written Test of 200 marks comprising of language paper and general studies of 100 marks, and technical paper of 100 marks. Viva Voce test will be of 20 marks.

Candidates are suggested to take two printed copy of application form as OSSC copy and Applicants copy; for further references.
