Essential Eligibility Norms:
Educational Qualification: The candidates must have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce, or an equivalent examination from any recognised university. Candidates should have passed ME standard in Odia language.
Age Limit: The candidates must have complete 21 years of age but not reached 38 years of age as on 1st January 2021. Age relaxations are according to the rules laid down by the state government. Proof of age is to be reckoned as in the matriculation certificate or school leaving certificate issued by the board.
Pay: Rs. 25,300/- per month consolidated monthly remuneration for first year.
Selection Process (Mode of Examination): Candidates will be selected on the basis of Preliminary Written Test of 100 marks of general awareness; Main Written Examination of 300 marks; career assessment of 30 marks; followed by Viva Voce test of 30 marks.
Place and date of written examination will be conveyed to the candidates in due course while the admit cards can be obtained from the Commission’s website on the date which will be notified later. The final selection merit list will be published in the official site of the commission, which will be based on the Written Round, the Viva-Voice and Career Assessment Marks.

Candidates need to take printout of two copies of the online application for further references, immediately after submitting the Online Application.
