WR-I/ Mumbai: 01/23 NTPC- Mouda Super Thermal Power Project Recruitment 2023 for Induction of Artisan Trainees: The Mouda Super Thermal Power Project under NTPC opens a challenging opportunity for young, dynamic and ambitious professionals to join this flagship Maharatna as Artisan Trainee (Fitter, Electrician, and Instrument Mechanic). Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination and skill test.

This recruitment is exclusively for Land Outsees of NTPC-Mouda. The vacancies and requisite criteria for selection are as indicated below:

Academic Eligibility:
Artisan Trainee (Fitter): The Candidates having completed Full time regular ITI in Fitter Trade are eligible to apply.
Artisan Trainee (Instrument Mechanic): The Candidates having completed Full time regular ITI in Instrument Mechanic Trade are eligible to apply.
Age Requirement: The candidate must not have attained the upper age limit of 45 years as on the last date for submission of application.
Training, and Placement: The selected candidates will have to undergo training for 2 years duration at Mouda Super Thermal Power Project. However, final place of posting in that region may be allocated only after successful completion of training.
Emoluments:
During Training period: A consolidated pay of Rs. 21500/- per month
After successful completion of the training period during final induction in permanent posts: A pay scale W3 Grade of Rs. 21500/- with 3% annual increment. In addition, they will be entitled to draw Other Allowance, Performance Related Pay, Medical Reimbursement and others as admissible in the same Grade.
Service Agreement Bond: The Selected candidates who belong to General and OBC categories will be required to execute a service agreement bond to serve the company for at least 3 years after successful completion of the training.
