National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Limited invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Executive Trainee (Finance and Human Resources), and Assistant Chemist Trainee Positions. Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test, group discussion, and interview.
Candidates Selected for Executive Trainee Positions will be on one year training at the basic pay Rs. 24900/- per month. On successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed as Assistant Manager (E2) in the scale of pay Rs. 24900-3%-50500/- plus allowances as per rules.
Candidates Selected for Assistant Chemist Trainee Position will be on one year training at the basic pay Rs. 20600/- per month. On successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed in the scale of pay Rs. 20600-3%-46500/- plus allowances as per rules.

Educational Qualification:
Executive Trainee (Finance): CA/ ICWA qualified from recognized institute. Final year/ semester students who expect their result by August, 2016 may also apply.
Executive Trainee (Human Resources): Graduation with at least two years full time PG Degree/ Diploma in Management with specialization in Human Resource and MBA (HR) from recognized Indian University/ Institute with minimum 65% (55% in case of SC, ST, and PwD candidates) marks.
Assistant Chemist Trainee: M.Sc in Chemistry from recognized Indian University/ Institute with atleast 60% (pass marks in case of SC, ST, and PwD candidates) marks in aggregrate. Final year/ semester students who expect their result by August, 2016 may also apply.
Upper Age Limit: 29 years for Executive Trainee (Finance/ Human Resources), and 27 years for Assistant Chemist Trainee Posts as on 20-February-2016. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
Registration Fee: Rs. 500/-
Candidates are suggested to pay the fee through State Bank of India, in a specially opened Account No.30987919993 at CAG branch, New Delhi (Branch Code: 09996), on behalf of NTPC.
SC/ ST/ PWD/ Ex-serviceman candidates are exempted from payment of fees.
