Selected candidates will undergo training for a period of one year and will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 11500/- per month. On successful completion of the training, candidates will be absorbed in the scale of pay Rs. 11500-3%-26000/-. In addition, candidates will be entitled to draw Other Allowance, Performance Related Pay, Medical Reimbursement and others as admissible in the same Grade.
The Selected candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond to serve the company for at least three years after successful completion of the training.

Academic Eligibility: Candidates who have completed Full time Regular Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Chemistry Honours (B.Sc. Chemistry) in year 2014 or earlier are eligible to apply.
Age Requirement: The candidate must not have attained the upper age limit of 27 years as on the last date for submission of application. The minimum age is 18 years for all these posts. The upper age will be relaxed as per rules for SC, ST, PWD and other category of candidates, who are recognized by Govt of India for relaxation in age limit.
Mode of Selection: Eligible candidates will have to appear for All India Written Test. Based on the Merit and requirement the candidates will be short listed for Personal Interview. All Short Listed candidates have to secure minimum qualifying marks in the interview stage for final selection. The written test could be taken either in Hindi or in English.
