Age Limit: The candidates should not exceed maximum age of 50 years for General Manager, 45 years of Deputy General Manger, 40 years for Joint Manager Post, and maximum 45 years for all other posts as on 31-August-2014.
Educational Qualification:
- General Manager (Technical) and Dy General Manager (Technical): B. Tech/B.E in Textile Technology or equivalent, or Diploma in Textile Technology from a National Level Institute of repute and recognized by Competent Indian Authorities for appointment to senior positions.
- Dy General Manager (Retail Marketing): MBA (Marketing) or equivalent with specialization in Marketing from a National Level Institute of repute and recognized by Competent Indian Authorities for appointment to senior positions
- Dy General Manager (Human Resource): MBA (HR) or equivalent with specialization in HR / Personnel Management from a National Level Institute of repute and recognized by Competent Indian Authorities for appointment to senior positions.
- Dy. General Manager (Finance): CA/ ICWA/ MBA Finance or equivalent with specialization in Finance
- Sr. Manager (Technical): B.Tech/ B.E in Textile Technology or equivalent or Diploma in Textile Technology from a National Level Institute of repute and recognized by Competent Indian Authorities.
- Senior Manager (Legal) and Joint Manager (Legal): LLB. From a National Level Institute of repute and recognized by Competent Indian Authorities.
- Joint Manager (IT): B. Tech/ B.E (Computers science) or equivalent from a National level Institute of repute and recognized by Competent Indian Authorities.
- General Manager/ Dy. General Manager (Technical Textile): B. Tech/ B.E (Textile Technology / Chemical Engineering) from a National Level Institute of repute and recognized by Competent Indian Authorities for appointment to senior positions.
Required Experiences:
Minimum 16 years of post qualification relevant experience required for General Manager (Technical), Minimum 14 years of post qualification relevant experience required for Dy General Manager (Technical/ Retail Marketing/ Human Resource/Finance), Minimum 10 years of post qualification relevant experience required for Sr. Manager (Technical/ Legal), Minimum 5 years of post qualification relevant experience required for Joint Manager (IT).
Minimum 16 years of post qualification relevant experience required for General Manager/ Dy. General Manager (Technical Textile).
Pay Scale:
- General Manager: Rs.36600-62000/- [Grade- E 6]
- Dy. General Manager (Technical/ Retail Marketing/Human Resource/Finance): Rs. 32900-58000/- [Grade- E 5]
- Sr. Manager (Technical/Legal): Rs. 29100-54500/- [Grade- E 4]
- Joint Manager (Legal/IT): Rs. 20600-46500/- [Grade- E 2]
Mode of Selection: Selection will be made on the basis Interview/ Test/ GD.
