Educational Qualification:
- Senior Pharmacist (Warehouse): Bachelor in Pharmacy from any recognised institution with minimum 60% of marks, with 3 years of post qualification experience in drug warehouse management/ store and inventory management.
- Junior Pharmacist (Warehouse): Diploma in Pharmacy from any recognized Institution with minimum 60% of marks, with 2 years of post qualification experience in drug warehouse management/store and inventory management.
- Accountant: B.Com with Accountancy Hons with minimum 60% marks, with PGDCA of minimum one year duration and with experience in Computer Accounting System/ Software Package with 5 years of post qualification work experience in managing and handling accounts.
- Assistant (Human Resource, and Administration): Graduation with minimum 60% of marks with PGDCA of minimum one year duration with 5 years of post qualification experience in HR and Administration.
- Junior Assistant (MD’s Secretariat): Graduation with minimum 60% of marks with PGDCA of minimum one year duration with 3 years of post qualification experience in office management.
Pay Scale:
- Senior Pharmacist (Warehouse): Rs. 9300-34800/-) with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- with annual increase of 10%, subject to satisfactory performance
- Junior Pharmacist (Warehouse): Rs. 5200-20200/-) with Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/- with annual increase of 10%, subject to satisfactory performance
- Accountant: Rs. 9300-34800/-) with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- with annual increase of 10%, subject to satisfactory performance
- Assistant (Human Resource, Administration): Rs. 9300-34800/-) with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- with annual increase of 10%, subject to satisfactory performance
- Junior Assistant (MD’s Secretariat): Rs. 5200-20200/-) with Grade Pay of Rs.1900/- with annual increase of 10%, subject to satisfactory performance
