Minimum Qualification Required:
Assistant Grade 1 (Human Resources)/ Assistant Grade 1 (Finance and Accounts)/ Assistant Grade 1 (Contracts and Materials Management): The candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Commerce or Arts with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
For Finance and Accounts, Commerce Graduates and for Contracts and Materials Management Science graduates (With Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) and Commerce Graduates will be preferred.
Candidates must possess 40 words per minute typing speed in English on Personal Computer. Candidates who possess knowledge of Hindi typing will get preferred.
The candidate should also passed a Certificate Course of minimum 6 months on MS- Windows Operating System and Desktop Applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point), E-mail Management and Internet Surfing. Candidates having Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology are exempted from Certificate Course.
Steno Grade 1: The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any subject with not less than 50% marks in aggregate, and have speed of 80 wpm in English Stenography and a speed of 40 words per minute in English Typing on PC. The candidate should have also passed a certificate Course of duration of not less than 6 months on MS- Windows Operating System and Desktop Applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point), E-mail Management and Internet Surfing.
Age Limit As on December 31,2016: Minimum age is 21 years and maximum age is 28 years. However, relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per government rules.
Basic Pay: Rs. 25,500/- per month
