Executive Trainee (Administration) in Commercial, Finance, Materials Management, and Personnel Discipline, for NMDC Steel Limited (NSL) and for NMDC Limited.
There will be separate online application form for NMDC Steel Limited (NSL) and NMDC Limited.
Selected candidates will be on training for one year. After successful completion of training the candidates shall be placed under probation for one year.

Educational Qualification:
For Ceramic, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, and Mining Disciplines: Candidates must have passed Degree in concerned Engineering with 60% marks in aggregate.
For Computer & Information Technology Disciplines: Candidates must have passed MCA with 60% marks in aggregate.
For Finance Discipline: Candidates must have passed Graduation with 60% marks in aggregate and CA (Final)/ICWA (Final).
For Personnel Discipline: Candidates must have passed Graduation with 60% marks in aggregate with PG Degree/ PG Diploma in Sociology/ Social Work/ Labour Welfare/ Personnel Management/ IR; OR Candidates must have passed MBA with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ HR with 60% marks in aggregate.
For Commercial Discipline: Candidates must have passed Degree in Engineering/ Graduation with MBA or PG Diploma in Marketing/ Foreign Trade/ Sales Management with 60% marks in aggregate.
For Materials Management Discipline: Candidates must have passed Degree in Engineering/ or Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce with MBA or PG Diploma in Materials Management (with 60% marks in aggregate).
For Environment Disciplines: Candidates must have passed Degree in Civil/ Chemical/ Mining Engineering with 60% marks in aggregate, and PG Degree in Environment Management/ Engineering; OR Candidates must have passed Masters Degree in Environmental Science/ Geology/ Chemistry/ Botany with 60% marks in aggregate, and PG Degree/ PG Diploma in Environmental Management with 60% marks in aggregate.
Pay Scale : Selected candidates will be eligible to get the pay scale of Rs.20600-3%-46500/- plus other allowances as per company rules
Selection Process:
Candidates will have to appear for written test at at Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Raipur. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the Written Test will be intimated to appear for Group Discussion and Interview.
