NCRB Recruitment 2013 – Constable (Finger Print) Vacancies

Constable Recruitment 2013 for the National Crime Records Bureau 

NCRB stands for National Crime Records Bureau. It is government organisation whose main function is to gather and analyse crime data for efficient crime investigation. It is headquartered in New Delhi.

Ministry of Home Affairs requires desirable candidates for the post of Constable (Finger Print) in the Central Finger Print Bureau of National Crime Records Bureau through deputation basis.

Total Number of Vacancies:

There are total 2 vacancies for the post Constable (Finger Print) in the Central Finger Print Bureau of National Crime Records Bureau.

Important Dates:

The starting date of application is December 20, 2012 and the application must be submitted within 45 days from the starting date.

Eligibility Criteria:

The applicants must have passed the matriculation in order to apply for the post. Besides applicant must be the police officer of Central/State/UT Government with minimum 2 years of experience in finger print examination.

Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or with six years’ regular service in posts in the Pay Band-1, Rs.5200-20200 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 1800 in the parent cadre or department.

Age Limit:

The maximum age limit for the applying candidates is 56 years.

Pay Scale:

The pay band of Rs. 5200/- 20200/- along with the G.P. of Rs. 1900/- will be paid to the hired candidates.

Period of Deputation: 

Deputation, including period of deputation in another ex-cadre, post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.

Mode of Application:

Mode of application for the post is offline.

The complete application format has been given in Annexure- II along with the original notification. This format has to be typed or manually written by the applicant, duly filled with correct details and signed and sent to the respective authorities as mentioned in the original notification. The documents required along with the application are Vigilance Clearance, CR dossier and integrity certificate.
