Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination for Accounts Officer Post. There will be no interview of the short-listed candidates in the written exam.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Personal Interview for General Manager (Business Development/ Marketing) Post.

Qualification:
Accounts Officer- Candidates must possess B.Com or M.Com or CA (Inter) or ICWA/ CMA (Inter) or B.Com with MBA/ PGDBM/ PGDBA/ PGDM/ PGDFM/ Masters of Management Studies/ Masters of Financial Management with specialization in Finance/ Banking from a recognized University or Institution.
Candidates should have five years experience in Accounts in public/ private sector organization in case of B.Com.
Candidates should have one year experience in Accounts in public/ private sector organization in case of M.Com or CA (Inter) or ICWA/ CMA (Inter) or B.Com with MBA/ PGDBM with specialization in Finance/ Banking.
General Manager (Business Development/ Marketing)- Graduate with full time MBA or equivalent having specialization in Marketing from a recognized University or Institution. Candidates should have fifteen years experience including ten years experience after MBA or equivalent Degree in the relevant area.
Candidates are strongly suggested to verify that he/she fulfill minimum eligibility criteria as required qualification and experiences before applying.
Upper Age Limit: 50 years for General Manager; 30 years for Accounts Officer Posts. However, relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category is applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale:
General Manager: IDA Pay Scale of Rs.32900-58000/-
Accounts Officer: IDA Pay Scale of Rs.12000-24000/-
Mode of Selection: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Interview for the posts of Deputy General Manager, Deputy General Manager (F&A), Deputy Manager and Deputy Manager (F&A) Posts. Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination for the post of Accounts Officer.

For Accounts Officer Posts: Rs. 500/-
