Candidates should have minimum 11 years post qualification experience for Senior Manager, 15 years post qualification experience for Chief Manager, and 18 years post qualification experience for Deputy General Manager Post as on 31-December-2017.
Upper Age Limit: 47 years for Senior Manager, and 52 years for Chief Manager/ Deputy General Manager Posts as on 31-December-2017.

National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), invites online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Management Trainee Positions in Marketing, and Human Resource Divisions for its Offices/ Units.
Management Trainee: 36 Vacancies [Marketing- 24 Posts, Human Resource- 12 Posts]
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Online Written Test held at Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Baroda, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi and NCR, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkatta, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Raipur, and Ranchi, followed by Personal Interview.
Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 16400-3%-40500/- at the basic pay of Rs. 16400/- during one-year training. On successful completion of training period, candidates will be regularization as Officers in the pay scale of Rs. 16400-3%-40500 at a basic pay of Rs. 16900/-.

Educational Qualification:
Marketing Discipline- Candidates must possess full time regular degree of B.Sc. (Agriculture) with minimum 60% marks. WITH full time M.Sc. (Agriculture) with specialization in any discipline or M.Sc. in specialization in any discipline of Agriculture or two years full time MBA or PGDBM (Marketing/ Agri Business Marketing/ International Marketing/Rural Management) recognized by UGC/ AICTE.
Human Resource Discipline- Candidates must be graduate, and have two years full time MBA/ PGDBM Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ HR/ HRD Discipline.
Candidates should have minimum 60% marks in the qualifying examination from a recognized University/ Institute in respective field.
Upper Age Limit: 29 years as on 31-August-2017. Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Government rules.
Examination Fee: Rs. 735/-
General and OBC category candidates are suggested to pay the examination fee through internet banking account or credit card/ debit card. The application fee is not applicable for SC/ ST/ Ex-Serviceman/ PwD/ Departmental candidates.
