Selection procedure: Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be provisionally shortlisted and called for personal interview. In case large number of applications is received for a post, NFL reserves a right to conduct a written or online test before short listing candidates for interview.

Qualification:
Engineer- Candidates must possess minimum 60% marks in Engineering Degree (B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engineering) in relevant discipline from recognized Institute; OR AMIE in Chemical Engineering; OR minimum 60% marks in full time/ regular Diploma in relevant discipline.
Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology, and have minimum two years of experience. OR Candidates must possess Diploma in Chemical Engineering Or Degree in Science (PCM), and have minimum 11 years of experience. Candidates should have minimum one year post qualification inline experience.
Upper Age Limit: 30 years for Engineers, and 45 years for Managerial Posts as on 30-November-2017. Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Government Rules.
Application Fee: Rs. 700/- for Engineers, and Rs. 1000/- for Managerial Posts
