The Nainital Bank Limited invites application from eligible candidates for recruitment of Law Officer, Company Secretary, Information Technology Officer, Personnel Officer, and Officer (Risk Management).

Candidates having experience in relevant field will be given preference.

Name of the Posts along with Vacancies:

  • Law Officer in Officers’ Grade/Scale-I: 02 Posts
  • Officer (Risk Management) in Officers’ Grade/Scale-I: 01 Post
  • Company Secretary in Officers’ Grade/Scale-I: 01 Post
  • Information Technology Officer in Officers’ Grade/Scale -I-: 12 Posts
  • Personnel Officer in Officers Grade/Scale-I: 02 Posts

Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 30 years as on 30-September-2014 [There is five years of relaxation in age limit for SC/ ST candidates.]

Educational Qualification: Candidate should have completed

  • Law Officer in Officers: Candidate should have completed 3/5 years professional degree in Law with minimum of 55% marks from a recognized University/Institute.
  • Officer (Risk Management): Candidate should have completed Graduate/ Post graduate with minimum of 60% marks from recognized University/Institute. Candidate should have Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with specialization in Risk Management/ Finance from a recognized University/ Institute.
  • Company Secretary:  Candidate should have completed Graduate/ Post graduate from a recognized University. Candidate should be an Associate Member of “The Institute of Company Secretaries of India”.
  • Information Technology Officer: Candidate should have completed B.E. / B. Tech. (with Computer Science/ IT) / MCA from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks and have 1-2 years experience in any IT Company/ institute.
  • Personnel Officer: Candidate should have completed Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University. Candidate should have Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks.

Pay Scale: Rs.14,500-600/7-18,700-700/2-20,100-800/7-25,700/-

Mode of Selection: Selection will be made on the basis of interview
