Pay Scale:
- Manager (HR): The applicants getting selected for these positions will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs.13700 per month along with other allowances as applicable.
- Legal Assistant: The applicants getting selected for these positions will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs.13500 per month along with other allowances as applicable.
- Junior Establishment Assistant: The applicants getting selected for these positions will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs.7100 per month along with other allowances as applicable.
- Computer Operator: The applicants getting selected for these positions will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs.7100 per month along with other allowances as applicable.
- Project Consultant: The applicants getting selected for these positions will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs.30500 per month along with other allowances as applicable.
- Other allowances and perks will be as per the state government norms
Period of Engagement:
- All these posts are to be filled up on contractual basis
- The initial contract period will be for 1 year, which may be extended upon satisfactory performance (limited to the project running period)
Age:
- A candidate must not have crossed 38 years of age as on the date of Interview (will be notified later) to be eligible to apply
- However, there will be relaxation in upper age limit as per rules for the deserving classes.
Education & Experience:
- Manager (HR): The candidates must have completed Graduation Degree in any discipline with 2 years full time or 3 years part time PG-Degree in Business Administration (MBA)/ Management Studies (MMS)/ Personal Management (MPM)/ Social Work (MSW) or equivalent with specialization in HR/ Development/ Social Work/ IR. Must have 3 years experience as a Manager (HR) and should have knowledge of Computer Operation. Must have knowledge of Hindi and Manipuri.
- Legal Assistant: The candidates must have completed BA-LLB (5 years Integrated Course). Preference will be offered to candidates having LLM (Masters Degree in Law). Must have 2 years experience as a Legal Consultant in Govt. department or reputed private firm. Must have knowledge of Hindi and Manipuri.
- Junior Establishment Assistant: The candidates must have passed 12th Standard (Intermediate) and should have a typing speed of 30 words (25 words for SC/ST) per minute in English. Must have 3 years experience. Must have drafting skills and basic English knowledge. Must have knowledge of Hindi and Manipuri.
- Computer Operator: The candidates must have passed 12th Standard (Intermediate) and should have passed a 6 months Computer Certificate Course. Must have a typing speed of 30 words per minute in English. Must have 3 years experience as a Computer Operator. Must have drafting skills and basic English knowledge. Must have knowledge of Hindi and Manipuri. Preference will be given to candidates having Graduation in Science or high command over English.
- Project Consultant: The candidates must have completed 3 years Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering, IT Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Telecommunication Engineering or, any equivalent qualification thereof. Must have 2 years of experience in a respected firm or govt. organization respected to Power Sector in the area of Consultancy.

Mode of Selection:
- Final selection of a candidate will be made solely on the basis of his/her performance in the Career Assessment and a Viva-voice on merit basis
- The candidates have to produce their original documents on the day of interview.
