With the present notification from the Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation (MPRDC), vacancies have been notified against the 10 positions of Assistant General Manager (Technical), 01 Positions of Road Data Service Engineer (RDSE) and 01 Position of Management Assistant. These positions will be filled up on contract basis for a maximum period of 2 years from the date of appointment.
The details of the vacancies and the criteria for eligibility are as under:

Note: Reservation for these posts will be applicable as per the norms of MPRDC
Tenure of Contract:
- The candidates selected for these positions will be appointed under contract for a maximum period of 2 years.
- After completion of contract period the contact will be self-exhausting and there will be no further extension applicable on this appointment.
Pay band for the Positions:
- Assistant General Manager (Technical): The candidates selected for the job positions will receive a consolidated emolument of Rs.40000 per month with CPI increment as applicable.
- Road Data System Engineer (RDSE): The candidates selected for the job positions will receive a consolidated emolument of Rs.35000 per month with CPI increment as applicable.
- Management Assistant: The candidates selected for the job positions will receive a consolidated emolument of Rs.40000 per month with CPI increment as applicable.
- No other allowances and perks will be offered to the candidates under contractual recruitment.
Minimum Essential Qualification:
- Asst. General Manager (Technical): The candidates applying for the job position must have passed BE/BTech in Civil Engineering with at least 60% of marks (50% for SC/ST candidates from MP only) in aggregate and with at least 6 years of Post-Qualification Experience.
- Road Data System Engineer (RDSE): The candidates applying for the job position must have passed BE/BTech in Civil Engineering with at least 60% of marks (50% for SC/ST candidates from MP only) in aggregate and with at least 3 years of relevant Post-Qualification Experience. The candidates having Diploma/ Degree in Software will be an added advantage. The candidates must be familiar to work with MS-Access and other Database environment.
- Management Assistant: The candidates applying for the job position must have passed Graduation in any discipline with MBA and with at least 60% of marks (50% for SC/ST candidates from MP only) in aggregate in Graduation/ MBA level. They must have at least 2 years of relevant Post-Qualification Experience.
Age criteria:
- The candidates applying for the positions must have attained a minimum age of 21 years and should not have exceeded the max age of 45 years as on 1-July-2014 for General candidates.
- However relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable as per norms only for the candidates having MP Domicile only.

- For General/ OBC and other state candidates: Rs.500 only
- For SC/ST/PWD candidates from MP domicile only: Fees Exempted
- The fees can be remitted through MP RDC payment gateway with Debit Card/ Credit Card/ OR, through the procedures mentioned at MPRDC.
Selection Procedure:
- For making selection, competence would be judged on the basis of a scrutiny of applications for short-listing candidates for a Personal Interview.
- The final selection will be done on the basis of merit ranking as per the criteria, i.e.: Education=40%, Experience=40% and Interview=20%
- Additional Post-Graduate Qualification will be offered advantage in scrutiny and selection.
- Care will be taken to make the selection fair with merit performance basis only.
