Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission invites applications from eligible candidates for direct recruitment to the Post of Assistant District Prosecution Officer (ADPO), under Home Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
Assistant District Prosecution Officer (ADPO) [सहायक जिला अभियोजन अधिकारी]- 92 Vacancies
Nature of Post: Permanent
Selection Procedure– Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Online Exam of 450 Marks [General Knowledge Paper of 150 Marks and Law Paper of 300 Marks], followed by Personal Interview of 50 Marks. Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of two years.

Qualification: Candidates must be Law Graduate. Candidates having higher qualification and/ or two years of relevant working experience, will get preferred.
Candidates must having valid registration in Madhya Pradesh MP Employment Exchange [MPRojgar.GOV.in Directorate of Employment, Govt of M.P.]
Age Limit: The applicant must have obtained minimum 21 years and should not have exceeded 40 years of age as on 01-January-2022 to become eligible. However there is a relaxation in the upper age for the persons who are native domiciles of Madhya Pradesh only belonging to scheduled categories (SC/ ST) and OBC categories as per the state Government rules.
Pay Scale: Selected candidates will get the scale of pay Rs. 9300-34800/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-. Other allowances and perks such as DA, Medical Allowances, Leave Encashment etc. will be as per rules of the state government.

Rs. 1000/- for All other candidates

सहायक जिला अभियोजन अधिकारी [Sahayak Jila Lok Abhiyojan Adhikari] का मुख्य कार्य- जिला एवं तहसील स्तर पर स्थापित न्यायिक दण्डाधिकारी के न्यायालयों में राज्य की ओर से प्रस्तुत आपराधिक मामलों का संचालन करने का है. शासन तथा वरिष्ठ अधिकारीयों द्वारा समय-समय पर सौपे गए कार्यों को सम्पादित करने तथा वांछित जानकारी प्रेषित करने का भी दायित्व है. आवश्यकतानुसार चिन्हित जघन्य एवं सनसनीखेज मामलों, पोक्सो एक्ट के मामलों के संचालन में उप संचालक अभियोजन व जिला अभियोजन अधिकारी को सहयोग प्रदान किया जाता है.
