Chief Postmaster General, Madhya Pradesh (MP) Postal Circle, invites applications from the eligible applicants for vacancies of Postman/ Mail Guard. Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of two years.
Postman- 367 Vacancies in Bhopal, Hoshangabad, Balaghat, Sagar, Vidisha, Chhatarpur, Chhindwara, Shahdol, Rewa, Guna, Gwalior, Indore city, Indore Mfl., Jabalpur, Khandwa, Mandsaur, Morena, Ratlam, Sehore, Ujjain Postal Divisions
Mail Guard- 07 Vacancies in RMS MP Division Bhopal, RMS ID Division Indore, and RMS JB Division Jabalpur
Commencement of Registration of Online Application: 10-April-2016
Last Date for Online Registration: 05-May-2016
Starting Date for Deposition of Fee at e-payment Post Offices: 11-April-2016
Last Date for Deposition of Fee at e-payment Post Offices: 09-May-2016
Qualification: Candidates must have passed Matriculation from recognized Board/University.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years as on 05-May-2016. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200/- with a grade pay of Rs. 2000/- + Admissible allowances
Application Fee: Rs. 100/- for All category candidates
Examination Fee: Rs. 400/-
Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PH/ Female are exempted from payment of examination fees.
Candidates are suggested to pay the application and examination fee through fee payment challan at any e-payment post offices.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on basis of Aptitude Test.
[Aptitude test will be of matriculation standard of overall 100 marks of 120 minutes duration, in the manner as mentioned below;
Test of Reasoning, Analytic, and General Knowledge: 25 Marks
Test of Mathematics: 25 Marks
Test of English Language: 25 Marks
Test of Regional Language: 25 Marks]
