Age Limit: Applicants must have Minimum age of 18 years and maximum age of 35 years for male candidates, and maximum age of 40 years for female candidates as on 01-January-2016. Relaxation in age limit as per rules.
Educational Qualification:
Assistant Grade-3 in High Court- Candidates must have passed Degree examination from recognised university, have passed Hindi and English typing exam from recognized board/ institution, and have one year Diploma in Computer Application from all universities recognised by Madhya Pradesh Government. Candidates should have knowledge of data entry operation.
Assistant Grade-3 in District Court, Vidhik Sewa Pradhikaran, and Rajya Upbhokta Vivad Pratitosh Ayog- Candidates must have passed Higher secondary under 10+2 pattern, and have passed Hindi and English typing exam from recognized board/ institution, and have one year Diploma in Computer Application from all universities recognised by Madhya Pradesh Government.
Assistant Grade-3 (English) in District Court- Candidates must have passed Higher secondary under 10+2 pattern, and have passed Hindi and English typing exam from recognized board/ institution, and have one year Diploma in Computer Application from all universities recognised by Madhya Pradesh Government. Candidates must have the minimum speed of 80 words per minute in English shighra lekhan exam.
Stenographer Grade 2/ Grade 3 in District Court- Candidates must have passed Higher secondary under 10+2 pattern, and have passed Hindi and English typing exam from recognized board/ institution, and have one year Diploma in Computer Application from all universities recognised by Madhya Pradesh Government. Candidates must have the minimum speed of 100 words/ 80 words per minute in Hindi shighra lekhan exam.
Steno Typist in Rajya Upbhokta Vivad Pratitosh Ayog- Candidates must have passed Higher secondary under 10+2 pattern, and have passed Hindi and English typing exam from recognized board/ institution, and have one year Diploma in Computer Application from all universities recognised by Madhya Pradesh Government. Candidates must have the minimum speed of 80 words per minute in Hindi shighra lekhan exam.
Pay Scale:
Assistant Grade-3: Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grad Pay of Rs. 1900/-
Stenographer Grade 2: Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grad Pay of Rs. 2800/-
Stenographer Grade 3: Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grad Pay of Rs. 2400/-
Steno Typist: Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grad Pay of Rs. 1900/- + Rs. 125/- Special Allownces
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected through preliminary examination of 100 marks (GK/ Social Science- 30 marks, Math/ Science- 20 Marks, General Hindi- 10 Marks, English Knowledge- 20 Marks, and Computer Knowledge- 20 Marks), main examination, followed by interview.
Examination and Portal Fee:
- For Unreserved candidates, and All category candidates belongs from Outside of Madhya Pradesh: Rs. 600/- as Portal Fee to MP Online, and Rs. 200/- as Examination Fee
- For All category reserved category candidates belong to Madhya Pradesh State: Rs. 600/- as Portal Fee to MP Online
- The fee can be remitted through Online mode (Internet Banking, Debit/ Credit Card) or by cash at MPOnline Kiosks.
